Having made their way from the city centre, they eventually found themselves on the western fringes of town on Bree Street.

Their search along the famous taxi route had brought them to the vicinity of The Market theatre in Newtown, a cultural precinct that was also home to the Federated Union of Black Artists, a music and art academy commonly known as the Fuba Academy of Arts.
