Before Cobbs Leonard took to the stage, South Africa’s award-winning Gospel artists Dr Tumi (Tumisang Makweya) and Benjamin Dube serenaded their famous songs that moved everyone who was present. Dube, who was the first to perform, soaked everyone in praise with songs, including Ngiyakuthanda, Bow Down and Worship, as well as Elshadai Adonai.

The show's host for the night, Metro FM’s Thami Ngubeni, led the audience through a powerful prayer just before Dr Tumi’s worship with songs like Udumo, Wafika and Someone Like Me, which created a soothing atmosphere and had everyone ready for the main act.

While many of those in attendance had their hands raised as they sang along to the gospel sensation's songs, some knelt as they prayed, while others sang from the top of their lungs as the Grammy Award-winner filled the arena with anointed praises. The singer was spontaneous enough to let the joy in the room direct how the show went. The audience took over songs as they sang her lyrics word for word, prayed, and immersed themselves in watching their favourite perform live.

Everyone who was present at the show would agree that Cobbs Leonard shook the ground when she sang Break Every Chain as she was closing off the night after a dynamic performance. The only boring part was that the show ended. It was more than just a show, it was a church service led by the holy spirit, and felt like time was too limited.

Her performance included her hits, Fill Me Up, Gracefully Broken, as well as My Name On It, which had everyone in attendance on their feet.

She declared and proclaimed blessings as she asked people to take out keys and hold them on their hands to unlock their blessings in the spirit.

Speaking at a conference ahead of her show, Cobbs Leonard said that she and her team were doing what God had purposed them to do.

The night in Pretoria was a real blessing, and her Cape Town fans will get to experience the same on Friday night at the Grand Arena.
