Reaching climax preoccupies us. Orgasms are the source of our most intense pleasure.
Many articles have been published on the various types of female orgasm that we should aim to reach. I teach the following – orgasms are distinguishable by the type of stimulus received.
With about eight thousand nerve endings, the clitoris is the only way more than 70% of women will reach climax. Stroking, licking and sucking of the clitoris can result in a clitoral orgasm.
A vaginal orgasm can be reached from stimulating the vaginal canal where the G-spot is. The G-spot is located in the anterior of the vagina and can be found using a come-hither finger motion. It feels a little rougher than the rest of the vaginal canal lining and most women report a sensation of needing to urinate when stimulated there.
The Ferrari of orgasms is the full body or blended orgasm. This is achieved through joint stimulation of the clitoris and the vaginal canal. This is what we strive to achieve during private sessions with my female clients. The best positions for this are missionary and doggie style, as you can be penetrated with easy and comfortable access to the clitoris via a free hand. A vibrator or wand can also be used in place of the hand.
The anus has a high concentration of sensory nerve endings. Anal orgasms can be reached through indirect stimulation of the G-spot. This can be achieved through penetration, vibrators or butt plugs.
While orgasms are great when achieved, it’s important to enjoy the entire sexual experience. Not only is it physically rewarding, but it bonds the parties involved on an emotional level, should that be the desired effect.
