The paradigms of being a traditional healer seem to be shifting as they invite us into their world through social media. We now have a new lens on the vast identities and lifestyles that traditional healers exist in. 

Leading the pack as a traditional healer and content creator, is Gugu Ndabezitha, otherwise known as Gogo Nobelungu or Sis Gugu. Despite being raised in a Catholic household, Gogo Nobelungu recalls being drawn to African spirituality as if it was a magnet. She later would discover that traditional spirituality ran in her family as many of her family members were also traditional healers. This inspired her to accept her calling, and use her gift to heal people.
