WITH the state responding to the bail application of the five suspects linked to Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane's murders, it detailed how the rapper was followed and killed.

Opposing the bail application in the Durban Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 27 March, senior state prosecutor, Advocate Elvis Gcweka read a detailed affidavit by the investigating officer, Detective Kumarasan Pillay, which opposed the suspects' bail.

In the affidavit, it was revealed how AKA was followed from King Shaka International Airport. The state said it obtained several statements from witnesses, including ballistic experts, cellphone records, analysis reports, back records and statement, CCTV footage and a vehicle tracker report, among other pieces of evidence.
