Slimz products
THEY say that the most difficult part of a diet is getting started but once you start, you have already conquered. I can truly attest to this. Two weeks ago, I took a leap of faith and started a health and wellness journey with the support and courtesy of Slimz.
The reason I took this step was to start leading a healthy lifestyle. There are many people in South Africa living with chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes and I don’t want to be part of the growing statistic. I am a mom of two and my wish is to see my children grow, graduate from varsity and get married. If I continued with an unhealthy lifestyle, this was going to be just a dream.
A HEALTHY DIET
But I am glad that my journey with Slimz is going to make this a reality. I am using the Slimz new Slimcut range of products, with the original fat-burning formula, Teacrine, for maximum weight control results. The Slimz range of products that I am using are AdiDetox 180, Slimcut AdiBurn 200 Fat Burning Liquid and AdiSlim Hoodia Tea. This is complemented by a healthy eating plan that Slimz supplies. The eating plan encompasses all food groups - no food group is cut out meaning that it is a healthy diet. I am enjoying vegetables, starch, fruit and protein.
EXERCISE
In addition to that, I go to gym twice a week and spend 30 minutes on the treadmill. I also drink three litres of water a day. I have enjoyed junk food for a very long time but I am happy to admit that since using Slimz and their eating plan, I regret the time and money wasted on junk. Healthy eating is not bad once you commit to your diet. Yes, there are challenges along the way but I am focusing on my goal, which is to drop at least three to four dress sizes.
I must admit though that weekends tend to be more difficult because I have a lot of time on my hands. I am slowly learning to discipline myself. The most important thing that I have etched in my mind is that: this is a process and change won’t happen overnight. Since starting on this Slimz journey to health, I am sleeping better and energetic. The stomach discomforts I had are also gone.
