Noluthando Geja, a resident of an informal settlement in Laudium, Tshwane for the past 24 years, spoke of the heat which has become worse and worse over the years.
Geja is one of about 30 people across three cities that recently participated in a heat-mapping exercise supported by the World Bank and National Treasury.
