The committee that oversees the University of Cape Town's investments has issued Camissa Asset Management, which manages roughly R291 million in assets for the university, with a deadline to respond to its concerns.
A letter authored by UCT's Joint and Investment Committee (JIC) chair Sello Moloko and UCT council chair Norman Arendse, which was addressed to Camissa CEO Roland Greaver, raises several concerns related to the firm's links to Babalwa Ngonyama, who is currently suing the university.
