This past week was tense for Gauteng's coalition governments as ructions in Tshwane and Johannesburg rocked the tenuous hold of the DA on two of the cities in the country's economic heartland.
But it was even more alarming for those in the markets who rate an ANC-EFF national coalition as a top risk to the country's future. In an interview with News24's Qaanitah Hunter, EFF leader Julius Malema said, for the first time, that he was open to working with the ANC in a post-2024 coalition.
