It's always nice when people who've become wealthy and successful in their careers remember to give back to others. Here are our Top 3 models who started charities.

Christy Turlington

After experiencing her pregnancy complications, Christy learned that hundreds of thousands of women die during childbirth each year and she decided to do something about it by starting a charity. Her charity 'Every Mom Counts' is dedicated to improving access to maternity care around the world.

Natalia Vodianova

Raised with a special needs sister, the Russian beauty set up 'The Naked Heart Foundation' to construct a special play park in her homeland and to help special needs kids to stay with their families rather than being placed in orphanages.

And the top spot goes to Petra Nemcová.

In 2004 Petra barely survived being caught in the great Indian Ocean Tsunami. Since then, she's dedicated herself to the non-profit 'All Hands And Hearts', which helps rebuild schools and homes in communities struck by natural disasters.
