Jennifer Garner has shared a word of warning, advising others to be cautious about injectables and cosmetic procedures.
The Daredevil actor, 50, said she wants to pass down the advice to her two teenage daughters, Violet Anne Affleck, 16, and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, 13, who she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck.
"My advice is to look in the mirror less and be cautious when it comes to injecting anything into your face," she told Harper's Bazaar.
"Be very, very judicious and wait as long, as absolutely long, as possible to add anything. Don't think that you're 37 and you need to be shooting up your face."

The star also pointed out that as the years have gone by, we're all a little more fixated on our outer appearance.
"We all look at our faces more than people used to, and it doesn't do you any good. You obsess over changes or how to fix something on your face."
In 2020, Jennifer admitted that she had used Botox before and didn't like it.
"I've gotten Botox a few times and I don't like it - I don't want a frozen face," she told Real Simple.
