We've been patiently waiting for this day, and it is finally here.

Rihanna's cosmetics line, Fenty Beauty, will finally be making its way to Africa. The popular brand, which has skyrocketed RiRi into billionaire status, was launched in 2017, and ever since then, SA fans have been anxiously waiting to get their hands on it.

Rihanna made the announcement on her Twitter account on Tuesday, writing: "I've been waiting for this moment!! @fentybeauty & @fentyskin are finally dropping in AFRICA!! Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe... we comin at ya May 27th and that's just the beginning!!! #FentyAfrica."

When one Twitter user questioned where South Africans would be able to purchase Fenty products, a tweet from the official Fenty account revealed that ARC and Edgars would be stocking Fenty Beauty.

Fenty has been highly praised for its cosmetics line which covers a broad range of skin tones. Inclusivity in the make-up industry has been a much talked about subject, with more cosmetics companies trying to ensure that they widen their ranges to fit a multitude of complexions.
