Little Henry Higgs loves to splash around in the bath and reach out and touch his toys.
In the early stages of her pregnancy, the tot's mom Rosie Higgs was told that her unborn son was missing three of his limbs; his right arm and both legs.
"I had a lot of negativity from family and friends, and it was a very difficult time for us as a family," she says of her pregnancy.
Now at 11-months-old, Rosie says her son is reaching all of his milestones on time and describes him as "a happy little chappy".
Despite foreseeing challenges in his future, Rosie says she's looking forward to seeing her son live a fulfilling life.
"He is a happy boy, and we love him dearly, and he's doing absolutely fine".
