Given that in-person time with friends has become more and more limited due to Covid and that teens have already grown accustomed to spending more time than ever online, a local expert is advising parents to pay close attention to their children during their time away from school. 

"While children are enjoying school holidays and spending more time online, they are more exposed and need to be extra careful in terms of the people they connect with and the messages they receive," says digital parenting thought leader and founder of SaveTNet Cyber Safety, Rianette Leibowitz.
