For musician, heritage consultant, and performer Mbuso Khoza, the passion and love he has for storytelling is what has been fuelling him to continue on his path and these attributes are what have sustained him in his quest to continue telling the history of the Nguni tribe.

When he is on and off the stage singing, he manages to pull those who are drawn to his music closer, a music that is often referred to as a delicate mix of deep traditional Zulu music infused with jazz elements.

Thursday night marked the beginning of his 6th annual production, iSandlwana Lecture: The Musical, at the Joburg Theatre to mark 145 years after the Battle of Isandlwana.
