Media personality and fashion icon Bonang Matheba will be the first-ever African to collaborate with designer shoe brand Steve Madden.
The reality TV star will bring the Steve Madden Bonang Matheba Holiday Select Collection to the market as the shoe brand celebrates 10 years in Africa. The holiday range includes six footwear and two handbag styles which, according to Matheba, "epitomise the celebratory mood of a South African summer".
"I was looking for styles that would be great to holiday in, celebrate in, dance the night away in or even be the perfect gift to spoil someone special with over the festive season," she said in a press statement.
The range will be launched at Steve Madden's spring/summer collection launch on 7 November and will be available in stores and online a day earlier. Its official launch and showcase occur at an exclusive Cape Town event.
