Dineo Ranaka's mental health journey has been an ongoing struggle, becoming chatter on social media.

After the media personality shared a suicidal note on her Instagram that had many in panic, she was subsequently admitted to a mental institution, where she was diagnosed with severe chronic depression. 

Speaking exclusively to News24 about her mental health journey, Ranaka shares how she has been doing, particularly after being fired as Kaya959 breakfast show host.
