South African singer Kurt Darren enjoyed an exciting safari getaway with his family to celebrate his birthday.
"Spoilt on my birthday," Kurt said in a breathtaking Instagram video, showing off the beautiful scenery surrounding the Abelana Game Reserve.
"A very special place," he captioned the video.
Abelana Game Reserve is a 15 000 hectare (36 000 acres) Big Five game reserve adjacent to the Greater Kruger National Park and the Selati Game Reserve, close to the town of Phalaborwa in South Africa's beautiful Lowveld.
Kurt, wife Dunay, and children Kyrah and Kade, spotted wildlife while on a game drive and cooled off in the brim pool overlooking the river.
"Family time, 10-year anniversary, birthday, game drives, braai, swimming, wine, reading, hide-and-seek, and plenty more fun in one week," he captioned a series of photos from their weekend away.
