  • Tom Holland could not hide how besotted he was with his girlfriend and fellow actor Zendaya as she shared photos of one of her outfits at the NAACP Images Awards.
  • The awards marked Coleman's first major event of the year.
  • The couple made their relationship Instagram official in September 2021, despite Spider-Man: No Way Home producer Amy Pascal warning them against starting a relationship.

Tom Holland could not hide how besotted he was when his girlfriend and fellow actor Zendaya Coleman shared photos of herself in her stunning strapless Versace couture gown when she returned to the red carpet at the 54th NAACP Image Awards.

The awards took place on Sunday, 26 February and marked Coleman's first major award event of the year, E! News reported.

Commenting on a post Zendaya shared of her stunning green and black dress on Instagram, Holland shared three love-struck emojis.

At the awards, the actor who presented the Outstanding Motion Picture award was nominated for Entertainer of the Year and Outstanding Actress in a Drama. However, the awards went to Angela Basset.

Last month, Coleman was absent from the 80th Golden Globe Awards, where she won Best Television actress for her work on Euphoria.

In September 2021, People reported Zendaya and Holland went Instagram official when the Spiderman actor shared a cosy mirror selfie of them to celebrate Zendaya's 25th birthday. Months later, in November, the publication reported that Holland briefly spoke about his desire to keep his romantic life private in an interview.

A month later, News24 reported Spider-Man: No Way Home producer Amy Pascal told The New York Times that she warned the pair about starting a relationship after Holland's predecessors – Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield – did the same with their co-stars – Kirsten Dunst and Emma Stone, respectively – and things did not work out for them.
