The rap community has been set ablaze after producer titan Metro Boomin and hip-hop icon Future dropped their collaboration album WE DON'T TRUST YOU last week Friday. After the release, a rap beef has reignited between some of the music world's biggest stars.

But the feud in question and subsequent social media virality did not result from something the two main stars said but from a feature by Kendrick Lamar. Six tracks deep in the album, the Alright rapper appears on the song Like That – and he's out for blood.

In his verse, Lamar disses Drake and J Cole and responds to a 2023 song of theirs titled First Person Shooter, which featured on the Canadian superstar's album For All The Dogs.
