When one thinks of "futuristic African visions," images of neon, geometric and linear prints, and an abundance of white dots decoratively placed across the face comes to mind. That image is what the News24 team expected to see on the black carpet at the World Premiere of the Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire.
Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire is a highly anticipated anthology of animated short films, set to launch exclusively on Disney+ on Wednesday, 5 July.
Directors from across the continent joined their voice cast and executive producers Peter Ramsey, Tendayi Nyeke and Anthony Silverston as fans and special guests celebrated the upcoming release of the action-packed sci-fi and fantasy stories.
The stories featured in the anthology all originated from the continent.
