The court is in session!
SABC1 has announced the new drama series, The Executives, which centres on a powerful and successful Chief Magistrate, Bonginkosi Khumalo, played by Lesley Musina.
"A boy destined to be a man of power. Bonginkosi is on the verge of being appointed the next Concourt Judge of Ilanga Province when his life, and that of his family, is turned upside down when a dead woman's body is found in his office. Who will prove his innocence? Who will drive the dagger deeper into his back? Can Bonginkosi survive his sinful deeds alone and recover his innocence?" reads the series synopsis.
Pamela Zulu plays the role of Nobantu, Bonginkosi's perfect wife; Zweli Hadjie plays their son PJ, and Gcina Nkosi and Camilla Waldman, play Bonginkosi's two mothers, Thandiwe and Ruth.
The Executives' stellar cast also includes Llewellyn Cordier, Daniel Hadebe, Refilwe Modiselle, and Fezile Makhanya.
Watch The Executives on SABC 1 (DStv 191) Sundays at 19:30, starting on 7 August.
