Amazon Prime Video has finally released the first look at their new Mr. & Mrs. Smith series, starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine. The 2023 series is a remake of the 2005 film starring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

The series will be available on Prime Video in November. The streaming service shared the teaser in a video, in where they also shared several other series and films that are available on the platform and are yet to be made available.

The spy comedy series was originally announced in 2021, with Glover and Phoebe Waller-Bridge as the creators and stars of the show. However, Erskine replaced Waller-Bridge after she exited the project in September 2021. Waller-Bridge left due to "creative differences".

"I worked on that show for six months fully in heart and mind and really cared about it – still care about it," Waller-Bridge said to Vanity Fair.

She continued:

"And I know it's gonna be brilliant. But sometimes it's about knowing when to leave the party. You don't want to get in the way of a vision."
