Italian food is one of the world's most widely exported foods and has been for some time.

Popular Italian dishes include risotto, pizza, pasta, gnocchi, pesto, lasagne and gelato. However, two Johannesburg-based chefs are looking to reframe the idea of Italian food with a meat-based experience in the heart of Bedfordview.
