Now and then, celebrities whose lives are always in the public eye tend to keep some parts of their lives private. Anya Taylor-Joy recently joined the long list of celebrities who secretly tied the knot, from Ariana Grande and Kerry Washington to Gabourey Sidibe.
Taylor-Joy announced that she's been married to musician Malcolm McRae for two years and celebrated her second anniversary on April Fool's Day.
The pair had a Goth-inspired wedding and served anatomically correct heart-shaped cakes.

Taking to Instagram, The Menu actor photos and videos of her vampire-inspired wedding with the caption, "Two years ago, on April Fools, I secretly married my best friend in New Orleans. The magic of that day is ingrained in every cell of my being forever. Happy second anniversary, my love… you're the coolest."
The first image is of the bride wearing her Dior embroidered wedding gown while her face is covered in a floor-length veil holding her bouquet.

The second slide of the post featured a video of Tanya putting her veil over her face while showing a glimpse of her wedding venue in the background.
The third slide shows the bride and groom sitting next to their A-list celebrity guests, supermodel Cara Delevingne and photographer Sebastian Faena, under Taylor-Joy's veil. The last slide showed a quirkier side to the bride as she served anatomically correct cakes modelled after the human heart.
"NB. Yes, those are anatomically correct heart cakes. Yes, I am the vampire Lestat," she ended the caption.
