A brave motorbike collision survivor, who lost both her leg and her husband in the same crash, has released glamorous pictures to prove how losing a limb has boosted her confidence. She also reveals how anyone who loses a limb can benefit.

Gini Thomas, 37, had her whole world turned upside down on 12 August 2012 at the intersection of Hill Street and Fairview Avenue in Montgomery, Alabama, when a young man driving a Mercury Grand Marquis ran a stop sign and collided with the motorcycle Gini and her husband of 17 months were riding.
