- A Brazilian throuple is excited as they prepare to welcome their second child together.
- Maria, Douglas and Klayse have more than 62 000 followers on Instagram, where they document their three-way relationship.
- They hope the birth of their second child will help the Brazilian government officially recognise them as a family unit.
A Brazilian influencer 'throuple' are delighted after finding out they are expecting their second child.
Maria Carolina 'Carol' Rizola, 30, Douglas Queiroz, 33, and Klayse 'Kah' Marques, 34, have more than 62 000 followers on Instagram, where they document what it's like to be in a three-way relationship.
The throuple - from Londrina, Paraná State - have been in a relationship since September 2021, started living together in December, and - since July - are proud parents to baby boy Henrique Rizola Marques Queiroz.

Before bringing Kah into the fold, Douglas and Carol had been in a conventional relationship for eight years. Kah, who is pregnant, told local media: "We were planning on having another baby, and we wanted it to be close to Henrique's age. We just didn't expect it to be so fast."
Unlike Carol, who gave birth naturally, Kah says she wants to have a caesarean section. "This moment is very special; we are very excited, psyched, and curious to know the baby's sex."
She added: "Our followers have said Henrique has been very affectionate with me lately, so many are saying it's definitely a girl because when the father is affectionate like this, it's because he feels it's a girl. So, she already has a fan base."

The throuple is now seeking Kah's recognition as Henrique's (their first child) 'non-birth mother' on his birth certificate. They hope Kah's pregnancy will facilitate the legal process of officials in Brazil recognising them as a single-family unit.
Kah told local media: "We have already filed for me to be registered on Henrique's birth certificate as his non-birth mother.
"We expect that our next baby will facilitate the issue of Henrique's birth certificate because it will now be easier to prove to the judge that we are, indeed, a family."
Kah added that they plan to register Carol as their second child's non-birth mother when he or she is born.
