Designer Thebe Magugu takes SA heritage global with new Sotho-inspired puffer jackets

In a recent collaboration that merges the Basotho heritage with "cutting-edge protective outerwear", Thebe Magugu partnered with Canada Goose to create an extreme weather puffer jacket.

The renowned fashion house made the announcement in an Instagram post earlier this month, stating that the brand is excited to join forces with Canada Goose, a North American-based company specialising in extreme weather outerwear, footwear, and equipment.

The result of this partnership is the Heirloom Mystique Parka, an outwear garment that pays homage to Thebe Magugu's Sotho heritage and the designer's upbringing in Lesotho.
