WATCH | Dog reunited with owner after 7 years

There were tears of joy and many hugs and kisses when a little black pooch was reunited with its owner after being missing for seven years. 

Starsky and his brother Hutch went missing from the town of Fauquier in Virginia seven years ago. On March 3, Starsky was found in Spotsylvania, more than an hour's drive away, and brought to the local animal shelter, Fox 5 reported.

Thanks to a microchip, the shelter was able to contact Starsky's family, who had assumed he had passed away.
