Microneedling and chemical peels have been soaring in popularity over the last few years, thanks to their simplicity and skin-rejuvenating benefits ranging from reducing pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and stretch marks to helping skincare products penetrate the skin better. 

But when it comes to treating acne scars, one of these dermatological treatments is more effective, based on the results of a new study.
