Self-affirmation
It’s important to talk to yourself the same way you would talk to someone you love.
If you constantly feel unhappy about the way you look and always look in the mirror and say, "oh, I look so ugly today," - you will never be able to build your self-confidence and feel fully confident in who you are.
When you talk to someone you love, you would never say those things, so instead, when you look in the mirror, say; "wow, I am so beautiful!" because you are exactly who and what you think you are.

Posture
Work on your posture. This in itself is so important because posture draws a lot of attention to oneself, so make sure yours is the best it can be. Pull your shoulders up, back and down. Keep It like that and practice a few times a day.
This can make you look very confident on days you feel a bit 'bleh'. It may hurt at first, but this just means your posture has been in need of improvement for a while.
Eating habits
Start eating healthier and exercising. I know it is so challenging to eat healthily; I struggle with it too. But baby steps.
Look after your body and nourish it well – you only have one; it is your home.

Self-love
Do not allow the opinions of others to get you down. So often, we allow what others say about us to affect us, which negatively impacts our self-confidence. The only opinion that truly matters at the end of the day is your own.
Styling
Make sure you put effort into how you dress and what you look like when you leave the house. Style your hair in your favourite hairstyle and wear your favourite clothes. If you look good, you feel good, which ultimately changes the way you perceive yourself.
