I met my late husband, Sbu, when we were both in matric at 18. At first, I wasn't attracted to him. I thought he was quite arrogant back then.

One afternoon, while waiting to be picked up from a maths tutorial, I bumped into him at the parking lot. We chatted for a while and my perception of him changed. He was calm, intelligent and very open-minded.
