Register for free online self-defense workshop with Sun International

With 16 Days of Activism starting 25 November, Sun International has joined forces with two NGOs to make an impact when it comes to Gender-Based Violence.

Forgood is hosting a free virtual self-defence workshop to empower women.

For those wanting to join the MS Teams workshops hosted by forgood, register online for the session being held on Monday, 5 December 2022.

The purpose of the workshops is to equip women with techniques to defend themselves.
