A grade 2 learner from College Hill Preparatory, Bulumko M-Afrika, has been selected as a part of the South African Federation team to represent the country at the International Performing Arts Championships in New York next year.
As a part of the Eastern Cape Federation, Bulumko played Ramin Djawadi’s title on the piano during the Talent Africa Nationals at the Etienne Rousseau Theatre in Sasolburg which ran from September 28 to October 8.
He was among the artists invited to perform during the showcase at the finale and Junior Special Awards ceremony where he received the following accolades: Best Junior Technique, a Platinum Award and a Top 10 Award.
He qualified to represent the South African Federation Team at the International Performing Arts Championship in New York, June 23 to July 1, 2024.
Young Bulumko is described as a committed and hard worker by his teacher, Jade Perie.
