In a journey that has come full-circle, local author Mario Rene Williams (also known as Miracle Mario), is returning from Pretoria, Gauteng, to his Kariega roots for a home town launch of his recently published book I WILLed 2 LIVE.

Emanating from a death-defying drowning during the Indonesian Tsunami that claimed over 200 000 lives globally and ripple-effects locally, his journalling concludes the event in which his soul revealed there were many other times he showed the will not just to exist or survive, but experience true life on a daily basis. Thus, the journalling evolved into this book, filled with events, attitudes and experiences mainly from his own life, and highlighting the practical insights and lessons that served him successfully to navigate such.

According to Mario his main takeaway for readers is that they should know and act on the reality that as human beings we have a critical role in determining how alive we are and our destiny in life by how we choose to exercise our powerful independent will daily.

It serves nobody that we go through life as zombies, merely existing because we fail to take responsibility as co-creators of our future-self. Rather, that connecting with the lived experiences highlighted in the book, and using the practical lessons to win the small battles daily, and thereby, creating our own miracles.

Mario indicates that sadly, from lived experiences and anecdotal evidence, most of us only exist, living a life of survival, sacrifice, and having no desire to take up the responsibility that accompanies self-determination. Hence, his motivation to release this book to create awareness and inspire others to live fully and die empty.

Mario has resided in Pretoria since 2014 with his wife Brigitte and three children, Jayrin, Gabriella and Nate-Hamish.

The book is available in paperback and as an e-book on Amazon Kindle. It is also available directly from the author at R234.00 (excluding postage if applicable). For any queries, send a WhatsApp message to 067 864 7767.
