This campsite is located on the farm Keurbosch outside Piketberg and belongs to Kokkie and Jo-Anni Coetzee. They farm with grapes, citrus, and cattle, and the campsite is the latest addition to the farm.

The idea was to set up a campsite for the Coetzee family so they could host large gatherings. Then Kokkie and his family decided to open the facilities to the public.
