Claims and allegations of "judges behaving badly" in South Africa are not new.
In that regard, the long-standing allegations against Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe and the saga involving Judge Nkola Motata immediately come to mind. So too does the issue of Judge Mabel Jansen and the statements she made on Facebook about race and black culture.
