We're only weeks away from the On the Record Summit, in partnership with Nedbank, News24's thought leadership event tasked with answering the most pertinent questions gripping the country.
The Johannesburg leg of the summit, which takes place at the Kyalami International Convention Centre on 31 August, is the second such event hosted this year after a successful Cape Town run in May.
News24 editor-in-chief Adriaan Basson and his team of top editors and journalists will join the stage with panellists like ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba, former Springbok rugby coach Jake White, Business Leadership SA CEO Busisiwe Mavuso and the country's anti-corruption czar, Advocate Andrea Johnson from the Investigating Directorate.

The full-day summit will feature thoughtful panel discussions on a range of issues, including the 2024 general election, the war on truth, the country's economic outlook, the state of load shedding, a lurking mafia state, the future of employment in a time of Artificial Intelligence, and the Springboks' chances of bringing home the William Webb Ellis Cup in October.
The country's top business, political and civil society leaders will be part of the discussions, which all centre on the next phase of South Africa's development.
