In a world that is becoming increasingly connected thanks to the Internet of Things, consumers are demanding more personalisation in their purchasing experience. In fact, McKinsey’s Next in Personalisation 2021 Report found that 71% of consumers expect companies to deliver personalized interactions and 67% get frustrated when this doesn’t happen.

With personalisation and flexibility in mind, MTN’s newest offering SuperFlex is here to help South Africans tailor their data needs to their budget. In this podcast, Bertus Van Der Vyver, General Manager for MTN Residential, tells more about MTN SuperFlex and how it aims to revolutionise the way customers experience mobile plans.

“When we design new products at MTN, we really start with the consumer in the middle and make sure that we understand the needs of the customer, the frustrations and what they want to do with a connectivity solution. When we started with the process, we looked at what's happening internationally, but more importantly in South Africa, and we found that a lot of customers really want flexibility,” said Van Der Vyver.
