The improved offering, which has shifted from being loyalty-driven to being health-driven, assists and motivates members to achieve their health goals in short periods of time – by not waiting for years to advance in rewards levels, and improved benefits, aligned to realistic and achievable goals.

As part of the brand’s goal to improve capability and access to their rewards, they have unveiled a digital tool, the first of its kind in the wellness rewards category that can help Multiply app users with health tracking through a digital health screening functionality.
Once a member is logged in, they can do a facial scan on the app and get a Healthy Heart Score. A Healthy Heart Score is a measure that Multiply has been using to assess heart and overall health. The Healthy Heart Score also determines the level of rewards a member qualifies for.
It’s quick and effective and gives you instant results on your vitals like your heart rate, blood pressure and stress level. Results are delivered in under two minutes.
“This new feature aids our members in getting a better understanding of their health metrics quickly and effectively, enabling them to make better choices. This in turn earns them more rewards and improves overall wellness. We know that the prevalence of disease is a huge cost – at Multiply it’s important that we influence behaviour, push a greater awareness of self and how that changes behaviour for better health,” concludes Eugenio.
The new digital screening will be available to qualifying Momentum Medical Scheme members from July 2023.
