In 2018, a white judge told a white lawyer to question their white privilege in a matter involving AfriForum.

On top of this, she raised her concern about nation-building.

But now acting Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) Judge Raylene Keightley is facing action from the lobby group because of her views.
