The position of the spear in Jacob Zuma's uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party logo, when compared to the ANC's liberation wing, MK, is enough to show they are not the same.

This is one of the defences the MK Party is set to use in the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Durban on Wednesday, when the ANC will argue the MK Party "stole" the MK logo.

In the logo dispute, the MK Party argued its logo was "very different" to the uMkhonto weSizwe brand.
