The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in Limpopo believes it has a prima facie case against 11 members of the Maboi 6 community's Mojapelo clan, who are accused of illegally selling sites on a privately owned plot near Dalmada, outside Polokwane, to unsuspecting members of the public.

This emerged in representations the NPA made on Wednesday in response to the accused's application to have the fraud case struck from the roll of the Seshego Regional Court.

In the case, it is alleged that the accused formed the Morena Seaka Homeowners Association and in 2015, started selling the sites on Portion 41 of Kalkfontein Farm, belonging to Blue Dot Properties, for amounts that ranged from R4 000 to R120 000.
