The homeless people at the tennis courts in Green Point, Cape Town, have refused to move, despite an eviction order.
In December last year, the Western Cape High Court granted the City of Cape Town a final eviction order, allowing it to remove dozens of homeless people at the tennis courts.
The order was granted on Tuesday, which ordered the 37 people living on the property to vacate by Wednesday.
