Mop-up operations are continuing in parts of KwaZulu-Natal after heavy rains battered the province's South Coast, leaving behind a trail of destruction.
The heavy downpours caused extensive damage to businesses, households, and infrastructure.
Several roads and businesses remain closed in Margate. The Ray Nkonyeni Local Municipality also temporarily closed its 10 beaches as a precautionary measure.
