City Power officials have caught a contractor who allegedly reconnected a customer who owed the power entity R3.8 million. 

Johannesburg Metro Police arrested the man on Tuesday, at City Power's head office in Reuven.

City Power embarked on a revenue collection drive last month, targeting defaulting customers.
