Renewables - advantages of wind versus solar

The 138MW Roggeveld Wind Farm in the Karoo was awarded Preferred Bidder status in the latest bid window of the government's Renewable Energy IPP Procurement Programme. In this video we learn about the advantages of investing in wind. Watch.

The man behind the project is co-founder of G7 Renewable Energies Dr Killian Hagemann (who also compiled the first comprehensive wind atlas of South Africa in 2008).
