Gwyneth Paltrow only started to love herself and feel really beautiful internally in her 30s

The 47-year-old actress has said she only started to really like who she was, a decade ago. Although she has found ageing to be difficult, she felt really beautiful internally for the first time in her life.

When asked by her 16-year-old daughter, at what age she felt her prettiest, Gwyneth said she felt really great in her 30s and she thinks ageing is hard, Gwyneth says in a video on her lifestyle site.

Previously the actress admitted she has been feeling like she’s losing her identity as she grows older. “And then I think when you come to age, if you have this broad identity as that, like, what does that mean?”

“To get wrinkles and get closer to menopause, and all these things… Luckily, what’s happening at the same time in parallel… is you just start to like yourself, I think you get to a point where it’s almost like your sort of pulchritude is waning in a way and your inner beauty is, like, really coming out, and so it’s this funny shift that’s happening,” she adds.
