South African boxer Kevin Lerena lost to undefeated Australian heavyweight Justis Huni in their WBO Global Heavyweight Title at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh on Friday evening.

The clash, which went the distance (10 rounds), saw Huni win a unanimous decision on points despite surviving a ferocious onslaught by Lerena in the final round.

The judges scored the clash 96-94, 96-94, 98-92 in favour of Huni.
