Bulls director of rugby Jake White admitted Johan Goosen's red card significantly altered the outcome of their United Rugby Championship clash against Munster, a game the Bulls lost 27-22 on Saturday.
The Bulls were leading 22-17 when, in the 54th minute, Goosen had a head clash with Munster's reserve halfback, Craig Casey.
From the resultant turnover, the Bulls scored a try through Canan Moodie and, while referee Adam Jones initially checked for a foot-in-touch for Moodie, it became increasingly clear that the head knock was the matter.
